3. Intellectual Property Rights ~ Artist Contributions
The Freedom In Peace Initiative website provides a platform for artists to showcase and sell their artwork. By displaying your artwork on our website, you agree to the following terms:
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your artwork.
You grant Freedom In Peace Initiative a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote your artwork on our website and social media channels for the purpose of sale and promotion.
You have the right to remove your artwork from our website at any time, but you must notify us in writing and allow reasonable time for any changes.
Freedom In Peace Initiative will not claim ownership or copyright of your artwork, and we will not use your artwork for any purpose other than promoting and selling it on our platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have ALL the necessary permissions and rights to display and sell your artwork.
FIPI is not responsible for the content users post, and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful or unlawful.
Freedom In Peace Initiative will take reasonable measures to protect your artwork from unauthorized use or reproduction, but we cannot guarantee complete security.

4. Links to Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by FIPI. FIPI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. 5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
